Its a metaphor🙃. My heart rate was pretty high but by judging that Im still alive, I wouldn't think it was fatal.

Hey don't feel bad ... I know some 1700's that won't play rated and risk their current new 'high rate'. When ratings are treated so highly, people begin to protect their numbers. Really you would have more fun if you just didn't look at numbers (and hid OPs number) and just focus on loving the game and then do your own analysis afterwards (something I've not yet figured out to my satisfaction).
Deep breaths, trust when you've truly EARNED the Rating, it will come and, although still go up and down sometimes, will continue to increase for you. I wish you the best, dragon. :-)
