Currently sitting at 1620 with a highest ELO of 1670. I’m curious for higher rated players what advice would you give me or what did you feel helped clicked for you on improving in this rating range?

Hello! I was looking at some of your games and I would say two things. The first is that big blunders seem to be holding you back a bit. I saw many games where you played excellently, got a nice lead and then accidentally dropped a piece. It's tough to improve on that with studying so I would just say keep playing as many games as possible but try to put an extra emphasis on not making any large obvious blunders. The second thing is easier to study and improve on - I thought some of your middle game planning could use a little work. You seemed to almost always have a nice position after the opening but then would have a tough time formulating and executing a plan in the middle game. For that I would recommend the book "Chess structures: A grandmaster guide" by GM Mauricio Flores Rio. It details very common pawn structures and the goals of black and white in those structures. Many example games are provided for each structure so you can get familiar with how the plans are executed. If you try going through this book I think you'll improve greatly in the ability to look at a given middle game position and immediately understand what you should go about doing.
