After i changed my name, it remains the same.

Yesterday I changed my username, and then I got a message that I can change my username had been changed and that I can change it only once, but until now, my username remains the same. Could that be a problem with my account or maybe the servers? And more importantly, is there any way to fix it?

Maybe there was a link on the email asking you if you were sure you wanted to give up "Despairchessplayer"?
After all, that's a catchy name!

/ Usually for problems like these, unique to unique individuals, the only solution is to write an email to Support, using the link supplied on the Help pages. If you haven't already changed your name, they can probably help you.
I would march up to Chess.com Headquarters with a bazooka, you know what to do next.
