Welcome to the real world, obviously this game was played at quite fast pace controls and if stalling is referred to by chess moves if legally allowed winding down any opponents remaining time is part of the game with chess and a ticking clock!? I had a worse encounter over the board in had 2 rooks v queen with just 2.5 minutes on the clock v my opponents 7min so I offered the draw after a minutes thought my opponent picked up his queen and took one of my Rooks, leaving me with a Rook & Kimg v King & Pawn and with only 2 minutes on the clock to achieve mate my clock ran out & I lost on time, devious as my opponent was he did nothing illegal and you shake his hand and move on "Chess is as Life , Emanuelle Lasker!!
