Agreed Draw???

just played a game and had a. +6.01 advantage  in   a few moves.... then the game was agreed as a draw- when I didn't agree to a draw... I didn't even see a pop up that my opponent asked for a draw...

Could you post the game in question? It is probably the case that the game was drawn by repetition. If a game position repeats 3 times in a game (does not need to be consecutively, but it usually is), then the game is IMMEDIATELY drawn by repetition as long as one person offers a draw in such a position. 

Evidently, there was a miscommunication.

No communication on my part.. After moving the bishop with check- the game was drawn..

It is possible the offer draw option was accidentally clicked on your end. That would explain why you didn't get a an offer to accept; your opponent just accepted it.
