albin countergambit question

I'm hoping someone can answer a question. in this app's lesson on the albin countergambit opening, it walks black through an opening where its pawn takes the white knight on G1 and turns into a black knight to create a check on the white king. it then assumes the white king would move out of check, but I can't see why white would not simply take the new black knight with its rook, rxg1. Is there anyone who can see this lesson and can tell me what I'm missing?

This is a line of the Albin called the Lasker Trap. If Rxd1, then Bg4+ skewers and wins the queen.
