You may be familiar with a particular video which caught the attention of many chess fans.

This video is extremely well made and went through the many intricacies of chess notation. One part stood out more than the rest though.
Over 1/3 of all possible moves had never been played before!
Now I want to play all of them so that the number of un-played moves is 0.
Granted he only used LI Chess data but he analysed over 5 Billion games of chess.
The conclusion to the question of "rarest move" was standardised instead of specific.
E.g. Bxmn where 'm' and 'n' represent any letter and number respectively instead of a more specific move that we are all use to E.g. Bxe5
He also showed a list of all unique moves in chess and scrolled through them all really fast saying "there's a LOT," which is true, because I went on a crusade to figure them ALL out.

The process to figure out all legal chess moves was actually quite interesting as some moves at first glance may look possible but actually have no legal way to check/checkmate the king.
Of course I have probably missed a few but I have spent an uncomfortable number of hours on this spreadsheet so I'm pretty sure I'm close.
