Always loosing on time
You should be able to win any position where you are up that much material with five seconds on your clock.
The trick is to ignore all but your opponent's biggest threats whilst doing what you want. This means keeping all of your potentially vulnerable pieces protected. If he threatens one of your Queens, ignoring it is far stronger if you can take his piece back afterwards (re-captures are also great for your pre-moves).
Ideally you want to checkmate him but the quickest way to do that when you have such little time left is usually to trade everything off. As said above, you're up so much material that almost any trade will benefit you. Trade your Queens for his Rooks whenever possible. Trade your Rooks for his minors whenever possible.
If you can reach a situation where you have a passed pawn that he can't stop (preferably 2) and he has no threats of his own, you only need about 2 seconds on your clock. That's 20 pre-moves.
If you've traded down well but think you won't have the time to checkmate him, just take all of his remaining pawns/pieces instead to draw. Ideally you would still have enough material after this to freeroll a checkmate attempt, but if you had to sacrifice your only Queen for his last pawn to avoid a loss then that's a must.
Don't play 10 min. Games.
I don't like this advice at all. Avoiding your weaknesses? *sigh*
It wasn't aimed at you.
No ****! Can you share any other pearls of wisdom whilst you're here?
Kaynight couldn't be more right. I struggle a lot at faster time controls, in fact I find 5/5 more pleasant than 10 min....
My advice is: Keep playing 10 min games, but stop thinking, just move and make errors. Your equally good opponent will do the same, so you will still have a chance to win. Better than timing out which is always a certain lose.
