Based on my standard 30-minute live chess games here on chess.com, and my ratings, am I a good chess player?

Interesting. You are rated quite high for the faster time limits. However, despite your extremely high rating of over 2100 for bullet, I find it surprising that I am rated 120 points over you for the standard time limit! That was unexpected.

Right now your rating is fluctuating a lot because you haven't played many games of live standard.  After about thirty more games your level will be a much better indicator of how you stack up against others on this site if you care about such things.  Unfortunately, even then, this won't tell you how you stack up against other player pools such as USCF or FIDE.

Yes, that is correct. But I so want to be a USCF National Master. I just need to be 2200 rated in 4 years time. Right now, I don't even have a USCF account.

At 2165 (online), I consider myself a rather poor chess player.

If you want to become a master, you need to play a lot of Otb games. The sooner you start, the better
