I just beat someone who had 600 points more than me in tournaments. His response to this was to say I'm using an engine. I'm flattered but moreover I checked the stats after and he made blunders, mistakes etc and I only made one mistake. He is upset about losing to someone who was not supposedly as good as him and is now reporting me for it hehehehehehe.
His move at 22 was wrong in my opinion. He should have taken knight with rook on E4

I wouldn't call it stupid though... just... 2nd class stuff.
3.Nc3 is not a challenging line though, and IIRC black should be fine after 3...Bb4 (like you played in the game).
But then something went wrong. Not sure where, but certainly by the 12th move. 12.fxe is pretty unusual for someone rated 1800 to miss. Black's position is pretty miserable after that.
In any case, looks nothing like cheating. Just an idiot with a big ego accusing you.
