If computer analysis doesn’t account for plans you set in place and calls your moves blunders or mistakes, is it really that important to listen to it?

but it didn’t. it just told me a best move and that move would ruin the whole plan

A blunder means that you has given you challenger a tatical opportunity or that you has missed one

Plans aren't pretending only one player gets to make moves. If you threaten mate, you have to assume your opponent will see it... because... well... they will see it (unless they're a beginner).

If you're playing beginners, then yeah, maybe the engine's suggestions aren't so good at the moment. Just threaten mate and hope they don't see it every game, and you'll probably win half your games that way tongue.png
