Yes. Click the "Game Editor" under the "MORE" tab. There's an analysis board where you can play through the variations.
Alternatively, there are some free chess software that you can download. If you just want to play through the variations, I'd recommend downloading ChessPad 2 (you can find the website by googling it). If you'd like to add computer analysis, I'd recommend Scid.
