Well, from the start you began with a dubious queen move with Qh4. This can work in shorter time controls but it's just not very sound.
Then 5 ... Qh5 was really losing. Note that white has 6. Nd5! with the threat to fork the rook and king on c7. There's not a good way to address this threat, though. After 6 ... Kd8 7. Nf4 Qh6 8. Bc4 there's no way to prevent the discovered check and you lose the queen.
Go back to the basics - develop your pieces to good squares (minor pieces first) and castle, then begin to look for tactics.

Learn the opening principals (center control, quick development, safe king) and be greedy (pawns are worth 1, knights and bishops 3, rooks 5, queens 9).
In the beginning you're not allowed to be "creative" and sacrifice material, or not develop your pieces. You need to learn the rules before you learn the exceptions. Put a pawn in the center, move your knights and bishops off the back rank quickly. Castle. Don't move your queen out early. Don't try to attack until your development is complete (unless you can force the win of material). Don't lose material.
