I'm just getting back into chess after 20 years. I'm using analysis after my games and it appears to me the computer wants me to trade minor pieces at every opportunity. Can the forum help me understand y? Thx in advance

Computers don't use rules like "trade minor pieces every time" so the only way to help you is if you give specific positions you have questions about.
