In the "home" all games are displayed with time left (e.g. 2 days), but not all boards load so some boards are empty, not showing current position. Click on it and the actual game loads. Chat still flakey, for example the chat alerts from the bell symbol show some not all current chat and some old chat already viewed. Confusing. Also, still (after waiting since the beginning of the new version), I can't see labels for the video list. Samsung Tab 2 10.1 up to date. Thank you.

Hello again friends. Thank you for all of your hard work. The app is getting much better and very enjoyable.
However, I am still having an issue with incorrect daily game notifications. Please see the posted screenshot.
For example, in this notification the game against some of these players was actually completed and I was getting notifications that it was my move. Thanks for your hard work guys.

I am also getting notifications about moves from completed games. Also chat is inaccesible at times, some games don't load in Home, and the videos still don't have text labels on my Samsung Tab 2 but is ok on my phone Samsung S3.

Make sure your email notifications are enabled. You can get email on mobile, and that is still reliable (not impacted by any of the discussion in this forum topic). Also in the "Home" the time is highlighted red when time is less than 24 hours.
It would be great if the could be a button for shearching games with slow time controles like 45/45 or 90/90 (as there are options for 1min, 3min, 5min, etc...). That will make it more likely that people will play with slow time controles.

No, we already have email notification if your time is about 8 hrs to end. As mentioned above, app sorts games in ascending order in relation to time left to move and highlight with red text labels.

The app sorting the games by time is irrelevant for users who don't check the app to see how much time they have left.
Push notifications are incredibly simple to implement and would be incredibly useful to any user who plays daily chess. They are infinitely more visible than emails. Why would something so simple and useful not be considered?
I agree, push notification for low on time in addition to email would be useful. But first the whole notification logic needs to be fixed. We're getting a lot of erroneous notifications...

Hopefully this is a forum that my issue will fit into - I've noticed several times now (with older versions of the "new" app, but also with the newest update 3.0.175 from 3/18/14), that when solving a tactic from TT that ends in a promotion, the app gives me a failed puzzle - I'm not sure if my fingers are that fat, but I'm pretty sure I clicked on the queen symbol on the last move of this puzzle: Problem ID: 0042645 and I got an "incorrect" message. Moreover, when trying to call up analysis from within the app, the puzzle got "stuck" before the last move (just before white's move a8=Q).
So I'm not sure whether it's an app bug or if I could use bigger symbols (or more spaced from each other) when choosing what piece to promote to, but I wanted to report this as it happened several times to me, both on my samsung galaxy S3 phone and LG G Pad 8.3 tablet... thanks

Hello, thanks! We have too some problems with promotion in puzzles, so we are working on it. Sometimes it doesn't match promotion to Queen notation with correct notation.

Please re-send me the screenshot of your issue. We did fix some issues with samsung devices, but probably you have a different one. We also did tests on Samsung 10.1 device, and had no issues like your. Thanks!
Version is terrible. ..terrible. ..terrible. to start- no home page / unable to access dozens of features
What features are you missin? What is homepage? You can access 12 features from left side menu, by pressing menu icon in left top corner, or just by swipe from left to right.
