Calm down, Erik has been there, issues have been noted and will be resolved when they will be resolved. What you can do is describe exactly what happens and the device you use. The situation right now sucks big time but bitching about it won't make the solution happen sooner.
andriod app update pushed out yesterday

Since the update, completed games are not addefd to my competed games list. This is the case for both my mobile devices. When I look at the website, the game is there in the list. Also, on my Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, I keep getting notifications for games where this is not relevant anymore. Finally, on my Samsung Galaxy Tab I, syncing is highly erratic, and the number of games waiting for my move is not correct in the corresponding icon on the top right.
Issues that I see:
1. When I disconnect from "Live Chess" due to ISP issues, I quickly turn to my phone's 3G. Earlier I was able to resume the game on my phone, however now the "current game" does not come up when I go to live chess.
2. Clicking on "Live Chess" from notifications automatically starts a 30-minute game without any way to abort it. My default settings are 5-2. Not sure why a 30 min game starts.
3. In "Daily Chess" I get a notification even if a conditional move has triggered and it is NOT my move.
4. On the "Daily Chess" home screen, there is no way to go to the current games.

Since the update, completed games are not addefd to my competed games list. This is the case for both my mobile devices.
I thought i had the same problem too. But i realised that it is added, accept that the order is wrong.
Games played before the update to the new app appears with the latest game on top. But games completed after the new app appears at the bottom of the list, as a continuation of the old list. Its rather odd, but the games are there.

I have one game where the pieces don't even show up correctly on the board. I have submitted several bug reports where the app crashes. The mobile app was my primary interface to chess.com and it is really unusable. I was pretty happy with the previous version. Is there the possibility of reverting the app to a previous version until the new version is corrected? I understand the new one addresses a lot of feature requests and I look forward to its proper implementation, but it appears to an outsider not to have gone through even a basic QA process.

I think it would be solved in a day or two.
And indeed, I have an apk file of old vetsion but I have no liecence to distribute. So sorry guys, I can not give it.

can't access any online games on pc or android. a roll back to pre xmas interface is needed. you've ruined a greate site with recent updates

Samsung Tab 2 10.1, app and Android up to date as of this morning...
1. Video list still has images but no text description
2. Font in articles has a strange behavior where parts of letters are cut off, like the letter "r". Sounds small but makes it hard to read
3. Search in video still broken, try searching on Shankland and see if his Najdorf videos come up, spoiler alert they don't
4. More important is the actual chess board. The move list is still messed up, for example when going between the real game and the analysis board, the moves sometimes lose the ability to movw pieces on the board. When going back to the real game the moves from analysis are carried over to the real game and it is confusing and I lack confidence in the integrity of the game, so I have to go back to home then back to the game repeatedly.
5. And there is pure nonsense like when I click "computer" to play a game the board shows two white kings no black king, another piece is missing, and so on.
Chess.com really needs to roll out their functionality from this point forward with a carefully monitored beta program. Nothing like rolling out bad code and getting a big chunk of your 8M user base upset, suddenly and severely. Let's hope this the the start of a new way to work with your customer base. For the most part we all really like chess.com and see the potential and more or less agree with the vision, but the users need to be included. I know you probably use "agile" methods, well one of the agile tenets is to include the users...

It's seems to have gotten worse (at least for me it has)
It's random as to the listing as to whose move it is, so it is unreliable there
I'm consistantly being booted and told either I have to upgrade my account or relogin non-stop.
The move checkmark still doesn't work on a regular basis
It doesnt show all my games and has put some of my ongoing games listed as finished
Also keeps telling me I have no games and to start new ones (meanwhile I have over 90 ongoing games)
It keeps crashing due to trying to load all of the boards
At this point I have uninstalled it and solely using my laptop

And on both when I select book pieces and light wood squares those work ok, but when I select tournament background, it still keeps game room background, on both devices.

Or should be, I uninstalled and redownloaded and it is still the same, guess it has not been updated yet.

"Android Users, we have rolled back to version 2 of our app in Google Play until we get some issues sorted. TY for your patience and feedback!"
in this posting it says it has 100 or so posts , but i can only read the 1st (?) 20 and there is no way to goto the next page in the new app. I dont see any constructive feedback from chess.com on any complaints over the android app. it seems to me you just dont care? I do get irritated more and more with the disfunctional update. Have you ever tested it properly before it went out? multiple crashes, rows on boards cutin half, postings not working, live chess games just stop (crash but no report possibilities), tc. I cant even see my followup of forum postings. design seems to be the only goal of the updaye (wich is nice), but i would have preferred a update with the goal of improved playing expirience Wiji
