Android Game Editor

I like to plan my strategy in complex games with a game editor, so I have a note of things I have worked out when my opponent comes back with their move. Till now I have used Droidfish, as the chess engine has been buried within menus and there was no danger of switching it on. But with the latest update to the app there is a new icon, prominent below the board, and if it is touched, an engine analysis instantly begins. It looks like this is a permanent interface change with no way to disable it.

So I have to stop using this app and want a simple PGN editor on my phone where there is no danger of unwanted computer help.

I have searched the Android Play Store, and so far can't find a usable PGN editor app without an engine built in. Does anyone know of one?
