Anger When Losing???

If you find yourself tilting and playing too many games in a row, try this: pause for a minute after every game. Step away from the screen, stretch your legs, or grab a quick drink. This brief pause serves as a mental reset, preventing frustration from carrying over to the next match.

It's an opportunity to reflect on the previous match, identify areas for improvement, and approach the next game with a fresh perspective. This intentional break can break the negative momentum that often accompanies tilt.

I hate losing games when I know I am better than the person who is worse than me this is how I deal with it : I forget it happened and play another game. Or if i'm losing I resigne and admire what my good moves were In game review.
