How can you possibly get bent all out of shape by someone you don't even know?

I imagine this is true even at highest level (GM level). Last year for example at World Blitz championship - a lot of tilt players and they are all like IM's / GM's.
But ... don't you hate when you are playing longer time controls and it's 2nd or 3rd game vs same opponent and you can 100% tell that guy is mad and angry at you, because he lost 1st game badly... I mean wtf chill out , this is not 1 min or 3 min .. Problem is i can very easily be dragged in that same state of mind. That's why i quited bullet but longer time controls .. man.. it sucks playing that person in 15 min game. Haven't played much to face a lot of angry OTB but i think situation there is different.
I won't accept rematches for that same reasons -
When the guy is lost but he does not resign.. then is over and he hits imidiately rematch without even gg i will simply wont accept for that reasons and that i have to analyze the game.
