I like anime too 
But choosing ONE favorite is really hard to do. Trying to compare drama with romance with action with other genres is like comparing apples and oranges though.
Most recently I have been watching Persona 5: The Animation (they are making season 2 right now) and it is really good.

Yeah, pretty much any manga for the win. Shonen gives us greats like Dragon Ball Z - but there are SO MANY great animes and mangas to choose one favorite for me
