Nge2 with f3 is a well known queen's gambit exchange setup played by many GMs.

There are two main ideas behind 8. f3.
1.e4!! push ( more sound and logical control of centre)
2. g4!? weired push like me.
The question is whether those strats really are better than regular Nf3 and eyeing on strong Ne5 post?
If opponent can play skillfully neither strategy works. It is risky with g4 (without castling). If opponent haven't prepared well, I would have winning chances .
So, is f3,! g4!! push is a trash for blitz only? Well, Leela beat many games against SF with this strategy, so if white can play precisely, it is playable against any time control /against any level.
8. Nge2!! is the strategy that Leela chose! Normally 8. Nf3 is common but it is very dull.
Let us see how this Nge2 push turned into interesting game!!
Early middle game, black has only one counter play, c5! But it is quite impossible with pressure on d5 pawn.
Mission accomplished at move 20. I am pretty sure that the game is a likely forced win for white now.
