I suggest u to verify security of your account and maybe changing your password.

That happens when there is a session to Live open in another background tab or on another device. Some devices/browsers will refresh background tabs and can cause an idle session to become active again, which will cause that message/problem.

Depends on the your device usage patterns and refresh rates. I'm not going to say it couldn't be something else, but most of the time, it is that. I've had it happen when logged on to the website and I open my app for something (which automatically launches a Live session). I've also had it happen once when I left a tab to Live open on another computer.
I was playing then a message came- another log in detected, I could not play anymore and so I lost a couple of times. However I did not log in again. What is wrong?
