1) any possiblity of addittion or changes in the rules of chess in 2014 or ahead ?

2) when was the last modification made in the rules of chess and what was it ?

this query has been asked, as many international sports/games have some changes or modification or addition of new rules to increase the interest and remove the bias factor if any, in the game.
