Any problems with Error 429?

For days, I have got the error message "Request failed client error (429)" in the chess.com app when I make puzzles. This happens on all devices and independent from the WiFi network I am in

 

I know weirdly have a different ELO on all of my devices even though its the same account

 

Is that something happening often during the past days?

 

I dont get the error on the website, but the website also ignores changes in my ELO

I play a puzzle. The ELO changes. I open a new tab. The old ELO is still there and the other puzzle never happened

As far as I'm aware, that started today.

 

The site has been experiencing very high loads and staff has been working on that. The puzzle issue you're seeing is related to that work.
