You can beat anybody, next step would be computers I suppose.
You can play a titled player any time you want. They list themselves as coaches here. I am sure that in return for their hourly rate, they would be happy to give you an assessment.
well anybody can be beat all I want to do is play chess.. I'm not a cyber trash talking kind of fellow I believe everyone is ten foot tall online so no need to dispute manhood here I'm looking for an game with some top level players so I can analyze my progress and hopefully get some feedback from y'all to

The just put out open challenges. If your strength is higher than your current rating then your rating will go up to indicate that.
Maybe you could suggest this as a feature: You tell Chess.com that you would like to play a game against someone (and someone of a certain rating range), and Chess.com matches you up with another player who is also looking for a game.
Just be sure to receive royalties if Chess.com ever implements this feature; it's a jolly good idea.

Just play in open tournaments if you selet the tournament you eill get multiply opponants that are rated much higher than you.
I am low rated but play 90-95% of my games above my rating sometimes 600 points above average about 300 points above.
If you play well you will get games. But do not play below your rating unless you are a Grand Patzer.
