Hi Jetfighter
I have just checked out a few of your turn based games. first thing to help you is open with e4 as white not b3, and Black against e4 do e5 and d4 do d5 instead of b5 and you will give yourself a better chance to improve.

I would not mind playing an unrated game against you and giving you some advice.
Unfortunately I'm not that good myself (1347), so I can't get you to 1800.
The problem with free chess lessons is quite simple: the student doesn't have enough invested in the process. It's not easy becoming a strong chess player and when beginners are able to just walk away, they often do just that, leaving the coach high and dry.
It's a trade, time and knowledge for money, that's how it works.
I would play unrated games with you if you turn down Dana's attractive proposal!
Haha. All small bits help :).
If you want to play an unrated game against me for practice/ideas, I'm up for that - just send me a challenge.
Question is there anyone who is willing to help a beginner for free, up to 1800 level, also i am willing to provide games for analysis.
