Yes, Queen's Gambit is better than London System.
That is why Queen's Gambit is seen more than London System in top events.

This officially has the most messed up title I've ever seen on this forum.

@John Napier: zou jij je post dan eens willen formuleren in een andere taal dan je moerstaal?

On topic: what tygxc says and the engine likes the queens gambit more too. But I play the London because I am lazy indeed. Or more accurate (and more respectful to myself) I don’t have the time to studie to many complicated lines. I do play the London with a close eye on blacks moves though. I don’t put my pieces repetitively on the same square no matter what.

Yes, are Queen's Gambit is better. London System is a good quick plan for blitz. Queen's Gambit is better for longer games.

London System is good for long games too.
Carlsen and Kramnik have played the London in classical time controls.

However, Queen's Gambit is played much more at top levels and for good reason.
It is interesting however: 2 Bf4 develops a piece, while 2 c4 does not develop any piece.
Influence on the center with 2 c4 is thus more important than developing a piece 2 Bf4.
