being a premium member doesn't give you harder problems i dont think. The only different with tatics if you have membership is that you get more problems. Chesstempo has a lot more problems than chess.com. Also chess.com rating for each problem is an average from the people getting the problem right and wrong. For example, if a lot of underrated tatics people get this problem right, the rating of the problem willl get higher. Then this problem will be like 1500 difficulty but it should really only be about 1200.
