Are the ratings in Chess.com accurate?

Well, I have a rapid rating of 500 in Chess.com, but wait, I have defeated bots upto 1300 (Nelson) and also I have defeated a 1600 rated player in an over-the-board game. I think when you start losing beyond a certain point, then you cross a danger line which you can not repair afterwards. Cuz, it's me like winning 5 games in a row, but losing 4 after that. I simply can't cross 600 even telling that I have some pretty good tactics and puzzle ratings... Any thoughts...
