Well there's PicoChess where they hook up a DGT clock and board.  You could Google it.

If you run raspbian you can use scid as GUI and the stockfish7 engine, its free.

Just run:

sudo apt-get install scid
sudo apt-get install stockfish

You find scid and stockfish in /usr/games/

To execute it run:

cd /usr/games/
./scid
