Are these chess.com ratings the same as/close to FIDE ratings?

I've never been rated, but I used to play this guy at work about 20+ years ago who was rated 1300.  I used to beat him almost every game.  Another guy at work was rated 1800 and I only beat  him once, so I figured I was probably a 1500-1600 player.  But on here I'm in the 700s and I just feel like thats such a low rating.  True I stopped playing for 20 years, but I don't think I should've got that bad, should I?  Or is that just how it is?  you get worse as you get older or are these ratings not really the same as the ratings they had 20+ years ago?

there is some correlation, generally FIDE/USCF is 200 points lower than your chesscom rating. however for each person it is different because it has different time controls and some people are used to playing online than otb.
