Are we allowed to watch full-length videos with a gold suscription?

Hello chess.com users, something strange have just happened to my gold account.
I have that membership for two months ago, and by this time i've been watching premium videos with no problem: full-length, no demos. But today that just finished.
I don't know if the problem was before or now.
Of course my suscription is working ok i tactics, lessons...
PLEASE HELP
