It shows you in the analysis. 20..b6?? compounded by 21 ..Rac8 and 22..Rxc6??

You were up the exchange for a pawn.  What you did was force a protected passed pawn for your opponent.

It’s a gambit line. If he carries on with knight takes pawn bring queen out to g5. If he proceeds with knight f7, queen to g2. He brings rook in, queen to e4. He blocks with bishop, knight to f3 checkmate
