arrows and other notations

Does anyone know how to make the arrows. or square lit and other notations on an analysis board?  Exactly like chess.com uses when showing videos, when they are able to show weak squares, plans of attack, etc?  

Also, does anyone know which chess program they use for their videos?

To draw arrows and highlight squares you need to use the live analysis board. Click and drag the right mouse button to draw an arrow. Click right mouse button to highlight a square.

you have to right click, drag thee path, then right click *AGAIN*. Why does no one mention this. Hours reading guides and watching videos... Might as well mao it out.
