I have played with a bot several times and the games mostly end in a draw due to repetitive moves. This is because I always end up with my king and a queen and the bot has his king and a pawn that he can't really do anything with because its blocked. So I just end up chasing his king around with my queen. How do I get over this and win!

Hey, guys.
I timed up but still won. I got 2 queens and a rock. The opponent got only a knight and a pawn. How so?

The two words I bolded represent an answer to your question.
Only one surviving pawn is needed for your opponent to claim a win on time, irrespective of how massive your piece count is.
I played white. I had a pawn and a rook and my time got over. My opponent played black, he had a knight. Is it draw or lose for me?

A loss under FIDE rules, a draw under USCF or chess.com rules.

I have a brother and I play most of the games against him on and off board tough we are unable to develop our game further without proper review, so I'm gonna buy dimond membership and review our games does playing too many games against my brother and review it result in banning of my account ( can I also use the unlimited reviews to analyse his game against random online player?)

#9, learn the basic checkmates. Ex.: You have White--your King is on a5; your Queen is on d2; a White pawn is on a3; Black's King is on e5; Black's pawn is on a4. 1.Qd3 Kf5 2.Qd4 Ke6 3.Kb6 Kf5 4. Kc6 Ke6 The King's being herded into a corner. 5.Qd5+ (not 5.Qd6+ because the King can escape the reduced squares by 5...Kf5) Kf6 6.Ke6 Kg7 7.Qf5 Kh6 8.Qg4 Kh7 9. Qg5 Kh8 10.Ke6 (NOT Qg6 because then Black is stalemated) Kh7 Kh8 12.Qg7#. Or to save time there's 1.Qd3 Ke5 2.Kxa4 Kf4 3.Kb4 Ke5 4.a4 Kf4 5.a5 Ke5 6.a6 Kf4 (not 3-fold repetition because the pawn's on a different square each time the King went back and forth) 7.a7 Ke5 8.a8(Q) Kf4 9.Qe8 Kg5 10.Qf3 Kh4 and if White plays 11.Qg8?? Black is stalemated! So White plays 11.Qg2 Kh5 12.Qh8#. The more powerful the "mate-able" pieces on the board the greater the chance of a draw.
In a rook and queen fork with my knight I took the queen and lost the knight would it have been better to take the rook and keep the knight
In a queen and rook fork I took the queen and lost the knight would it have been better to take the rook and lose nothing

In a queen and rook fork I took the queen and lost the knight would it have been better to take the rook and lose nothing
9 - 3 = 6 points of gain + a major piece gone
5 - 0 = 5 with a semi-major piece gone but a lower benefit and room for counterattacks because of the Queen's existence.
Better to capture queen and lose knight than to take rook and lose nothing 9 times out of 10.
