I'll answer it for you:
How do you win in Bullet? Memorize endgames and learn to improvise fast. Be great with time management.
How do you win in Blitz? Manage your time wisely, keep your eyes open and your mind active (both in your shoes and in your opponents' shoes), and play against someone as good as you or worse.

1. Whatever you play against 1. d4 just play the same against 1. c4. Boom just saved you a ton of time.

3. Fastest way of being a GM is to be Indian, preferable from Tamil Nadu, and to be born after the iPhone was invented. I got none of these advantages.
