What's easy for some can be quite hard for others, and it's something that high level players sometimes forget.
They call this to "expert's curse" or the "curse of knowledge" (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Curse_of_knowledge).
Hikaru, for example, shows this often on stream, when he's shocked that other players don't immediately spot the winning moves that he sees ... He seems to forget that not everyone is Hikaru.
