How do we deal with anger nd other emotions in chess tournaments that could affect the game? I tend to get offended easily and that usually results in losing my focus on the game.

Huge question, again difficult to answer in a single paragraph.

Breathing exercises can help during the stressful game situation. Before the game, visualization of yourself handling difficult situations can also help. Immersing a growth mindset and focusing on the process instead of the rating goal should definitely help! Know that we have all lost countless games before becoming masters. Losses are a natural and important part of the process of growth. It depends on your stance on losses. Embrace imperfection and don't miss out on analysing your games and mistakes! You are not a lesser player or a stupid person just because you lost a chess game!

Hi im 14 year old and around 1750 fide classical do you think i can become an fm

If you do the hard work and keep loving the game, that is surely possible! I only became serious at chess when I was 19! and I reached a CM. So you can definitely do it!

how to improve chess as a 1500 otb classical player?

I answered a similar question above, on how intermediate players can improve.

Do you have any tips to improve in elo and not stagnate for too long ? Also, is it normal to lose a lot of games consecutively ? Is it like, "losing 1 to win 2 in the future" ?

Not stopping the cycle of playing & analysing & spotting the weakness and working on our weakness by deliberate practice.

It is normal to lose multiple games in a row. It is more important to look at those losses objectively and draw the right conclusions.

Do you think learning openings is actually important ?

Depends on the level of the student.

if you're young (12-14) and you want to improve to possibly master level, can you do so if you get only 2-3 hours of chess puzzles/games/in general? or do you have to put in more time than that?

More time definitely helps, but quality training with 3 hours/day will also do in my opinion.

My question is also about cognitive science and chess. Do you have any experience coaching chess players with dementia?

My father was a very good chess player, and I noticed his decline in chess a year before he was diagnosed with dementia. Has any research been done in this area and how dementia affects chess players?

I am sorry to hear about your father...

I did not have experience coaching people with dementia. As far as I remember, there are studies on the effect of chess play on people with dementia, but not the other way around. I believe dementia significantly affects chess performance, given the game is mostly about patterns stored in our long-term memories.

It is not my business to enter a family issue. I am not a life coach either. If you love the game, you can keep on studying it in your free time. I pursued my academic career while not giving up on my chess goals. I could have become an IM if I quit studying and only worked on my chess as a teenager. But do I regret it? No.

Hey gentleman, can you be my source of inspiration by showing the right way to calculate like Grandmaster? We all are the same then why don't we play the moves same way! what is the difference gentleman?

According to GM Karneges (ChessEdge), it's consistently and comprehensively noticing the different kinds of forcing moves and their preparations. Which makes sense, given the frequency with which it is agreed that 5-ply calculations usually get the job done when the opponent is a titled player (https://www.reddit.com/r/chess/comments/6quik1/soltis_states_that_two_and_a_half_move_chess/)
