I know puzzles are probably the number 1 studying priority, but out of these, what are the most important, let's say 3 or 4, and can you put them in order

im bad at chess and my rating is inflated a little bit already so how the heck am I supposed to eventually get to the 1300s, 1400s, and 1500s?
Usually learning helps but it needs some plan and active efforts to follow that plan
