Attacking against d4

You could try Leningrad Dutch with the moves f5 Nf6 g6 Bg7 0-0 d6 Qe8 c6 or Nc6 (not necessarily in that order, it depends what white does) aim to play e5 and attack the kingside with stuff like Nh5 and/or h6 and g5, Qf7/Qg6, sometimes sac the Bc8. Fun and risky stuff.

Against 1.d4 2.c4 you can play the budapest.
Against something like the london though you can't just get whatever you want, you'll have to actually learn how to play those positions if you want to do well.

Well, to be honest, there's no opening against 1.d4 that lead to both good attacking chances for black and a classic center.
The 5 openings that are sharp and tactical for the second player are the King's indian defense,Modern Benoni, Leningrad dutch, Grunfeld and semi-slav. But the latter two are extremely complex and only grandmasters are able to play them for the attack (An amateur will mostly be crushed)
So, that let 3 options, KID, Modern Benoni and leningrad dutch, all of them hipermodern. There's no such a thing as Classical and sharp against 1.d4.
There's no free lunch in chess, as in life.
