I think it depends upon the mood of the player or maybe, it's a plan after all.

Good players know when to attack and when to apply pressure before they come through. Its you defence and counter ur struggling with, one u work out the way to defend cheap attacks u will be fine. Study higher rated players vs lower ones and see how they defend against cheap tricks.
I have noticed this in a lot of players, attacking early. Is it really that great to attack that early like in the opening moves? I usually chase them away but then they end up winning.... How could this be? Where they planning this?
