It is a setting that automatically promotes a pawn to a queen.

I have mine turned on. In this case, you do need to be careful not to stalemate when you promote the pawn. I have done this before and it makes you feel pretty stupid.

I have it, but is there a way to temporarily override auto queen when you have it on? I would like something like if i hold the control button when clicking it will still pop up with the option to pick a knight or something
