I can't do Beta. I join, check it out, and then forget to log in for a few days...I've been thrown out at least twice...
Automate, huh? It would be cool if you could take a page of games from your archive and have the computer pick out your worst mistakes and make puzzles out of them. Am I warm?

Eh..
Basically you just have 35 points to spend on pieces to make a position. Then when you place your king, the game starts and the computer plays out the position. Basically if your pieces checkmate your opponents pieces you win.

You have to join the club and join the beta in your settings. If you leave the club, you get removed from the beta.
That does sound like a fun challenge...

I'm in Beta too, but don't go teasing others about how fun it is. Tell the general public about the many bugs we've been finding too 
Like anything else new, it is a work in progress. I'm sure chess.com will make it a cool variant by then, but right now: it is still in beta testing for a reason.

This reminds me of those 'auto chess' games that were trendy awhile back, although I haven't played any of them, they seem to have a similar concept.

I did not generally post this in the forums to "tease" people of how fun it is, I was just implying that it was fun and maybe they should also give it a try!
But yes, there have been many, many bugs, so if you don't want your computer to be "buggy" don't join!
Has anyone gotten it to work? Doesn't work for me
