Does anyone know anything about automated chess boards that work with the Chess.com app?
I have found articles about Square Off Neo from a few years back but nothing about them recently. Are they on general sale now, if so where? Does anyone know if they are any good?

Alas, due to Covid 19 and frayed relations between India and China, the second generation Square Offs are not yet ready for sale. They're reputed to be quieter, faster, and cheaper than the Kingdom and Grand Kingdom boards which are for sale. I'm a backer and get regular updates; now if I can only remember what the last update said...
They had to switch manufacturing from China to India and that set everything back. Pretty sure they're due to be loaded on boats and dispatched worldwide in May or June; I'll have to check. The Switch is impressively fast, reportedly quick enough for blitz. Let me run around and make sure...
Except for forgetting the name of what I ordered...It's the Swap and the target date for shipping by sea is May 21 to USA and Europe. Pretty sure a Google search will uncover a website where you can preorder and save a few bucks or at least see what they'll look like. Most folks seem pleased with the first generation so I have high hopes for my Swap (although why they thought
chess players would be excited that they could also play checkers is beyond me).
