Chess.com doesn't even collect birth dates, so there is no way for them to provide that kind of info.
So a 1306 rating on an unnamed site in unspecified time control provides no basis for even a wild guess.
Your ratings here are much lower--around 500 in both blitz and bullet. All you can really do is to judge your progress over time.
The US Chess Federation does collect and publish age related ratings lists. Have you played any rated over the board games?
