It's not wrong. It's just a puzzle that is out of place in a puzzle rush.

There used to be a link to report bad puzzles. I guess it was removed.

Yeah many odd puzzles that are weird or the rating doesn't match. Really annoying they removed the report button, basically just saying they will do nothing about the nonsense puzzles
