How can a player be deemed a poor sport in a bullet game of chess for taking too long to respond?

Lately I have found several opponents judged to be poor sports, while i am also  scratching my head about what they could possibly do in an extremely complex situation / the greater poor sportsmanship in such a scenario would be to move for the sake of moving (without thought)

Besides who on chess.com cannot bear the few seconds until the game is just over one way or another.

I assume it pops up when someone lets the last 30 seconds run out without resigning. One move from an unavoidable mate- there's nothing to think about.

Yet some players never resign.

That is kind of my point, for the sake of thirty seconds, without knowing the reason, if any exists beyond sheer bafflement, to judge a man or woman or other, a bad sport, seems heavy handed, even authoritarian. So I repeat, please let us ban bad sport condemnations from bullet chess
