Banning "Poor connection (high lag)"?

Is there any way of setting controls to prevent having to play with players with "Poor connection (high lag)." No offense to players in third world countries or people playing on trains going into tunnels, but it's annoying when you start a game and then your opponent keeps disconnecting, connecting, disconnecting, connecting again, etc.

So basically you think people on satallite internet shouldn't be allowed to play chess?

I don't anything about satellite internet, but I know that if your internet connection is so poor that you can't complete a game, or have a game constantly delayed over and over by disconnections, I should have the option not to have to play with you.

No, it means why should be able to play at least 3 games without dropped opponents from the said regions.
