Bargain Used Chess Books

I felt like I won the lottery by completing my "Winning Chess" collection by Yasser Seriwan for only $12.00.

Each book is $24.00  new and I bought three for $1.00 each plus $3.00 each for shipping through abebooks.com. No sales tax!

Even though I can't absorb nor retain all of the information contained in my chess library, I do like to read.

What chess books would you like to add to your collection for a few bucks?

Last, Pawn Structure Chess by Andrew Soltis is a classic work that was a must for my library. It's out of print, but I found a used copy in good condition with no yellow highlighter marks for $30.00 , and that was the lowest price!

Just as I finished typing the paragraph on Pawn Structure Chess my daughter just came back from the mail box and placed Pawn Structure Chess into my greedy little hands saying, "Dad, they gift wrapped it for you and it looks brand new!" The timing is...like magic or something.

It does look brand new! I don't think it was ever opened as none of the pages are bent! A rare find! I guess you can tell that I am excited!
