Premoves taking 0.4 seconds.

My internet is working perfectly fine. Gigabit fiber internet with 9ms latency. And no I'm not on VPN. Yet I'm losing 0.4 seconds per premove. I've lost a lot of games because of that lately. See screenshot of time used. I'm black in this particular game.

Premoves take a minimum of 0.1 second but can take longer if there's too much lag between you and the site live server

There are some things you can do to minimize issues.

Thank you but those did not help. As I said, my internet is extremely fast and no latency. I use wired connection. This only started happening in the last couple days. Before that premoves were consistently 0.1s

If your premoves are taking that long, then there is high lag, either fit to client side load, local network, or between you and the live server process.

I haven't seen other reports of higher than normal lag, so it could be regional in nature.

why do the premove do that
